Cancellation

Every NMW work is made to order. Production may begin within hours of purchase.

A cancellation can be honoured only while an order has not yet entered production. To request one, submit your order number through our Queries page as soon as possible after purchase. If the work has not entered production, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Once a work has entered production it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded, as it is being made specifically for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights where they apply.
