Delivery

NMW works are made to order and produced through a network of regional facilities, then shipped directly to you. Total delivery time is the sum of production time and transit time.

Production

Works enter production after purchase and are typically completed within 2–5 business days.

Transit

• Within the production region — approximately 2–5 business days
• Europe and North America — approximately 4–8 business days
• Rest of world — approximately 6–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal volume may extend them.

Tracking

A tracking reference is issued once a work ships.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are determined by local authorities, are not included in the order total, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address accuracy

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and correct; we cannot redirect a work once it has shipped.
