These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of works from NMWCollections ("NMW", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or place an order.

The works

NMWCollections sells works produced individually, on demand. Each work is made after an order is placed and is produced and fulfilled entirely by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images are provided in good faith. Because printing is a physical process, final colour, tone, and texture may vary slightly from what appears on screen and between individual works. This variation is a characteristic of the medium and is not a fault.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when payment is authorised and the order is accepted for production. We may decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or production constraints — and will refund any amount already taken in that event.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice; the price applied is the price shown at checkout. Payment is handled by third-party payment providers, currently Tap Payments and PayPal. When you pay, your payment is processed by, and may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of, those providers. NMWCollections does not receive or store complete card details.

Production, delivery, cancellation, and exchanges & returns

All works are produced and dispatched by Gelato, our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner. Gelato holds full responsibility for production quality, dispatch, and fulfilment. Production and shipping timelines, tracking, and quality handling are described in our Delivery, Cancellation, and Exchange & Returns policies, which form part of these terms. Because each work is made to order, cancellation is possible only before a work enters production, and we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Third-party services

This store operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Orders are produced and fulfilled by Gelato, and payments are processed by the payment providers named above. Each of these providers operates under its own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. NMWCollections relies on these providers to deliver parts of the service and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, or terms beyond the obligations set out in these terms and our policies. Where a valid claim concerns production, fulfilment, or payment handled by a provider, NMWCollections will act on your behalf to resolve it under the relevant policy.

Intellectual property

All works, images, designs, text, the NMWCollections name, and the NMWCollections mark are owned by or licensed to HOIID Interior Design WLL and are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing a work transfers ownership of that physical item for personal, non-commercial display only. It does not transfer any copyright or reproduction right. You may not copy, reproduce, resell as a reproduction, or use any work or site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMWCollections total liability arising from or connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. NMWCollections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NMWCollections against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or works.

Data and privacy

To fulfil an order, we process personal data such as your name, contact details, and delivery address, and share it as necessary with the platform, payment, and fulfilment providers described above, solely to process payment, produce, and deliver your order. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the version published on this page at the time of your order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
